All of our Cutting Boards are "Wacked" from the finest hand selected hardwoods using waterproof food-safe glue.  Each board is seasoned in a bath of food grade mineral oil to create a safe and resilient cutting surface.  The real beauty in giving one of our Boards as a gift is simply;  "in ten years they will remember who gave it to them."
